County T&F Champs ’23

The club had some good successes at the recent Cambridgeshire T&F County Championships. C&C athletes put their fantastic training and dedication to use, with a flurry of PBs and great performances for relatively early in the season. We are very proud of Leah Wagstaff going to the top of the British Rankings in the U17 80m Hurdles (11.35s) – well done Leah.

In addition, we have had two of our athletes selected for GB in the 10,000m European Team Championships – congratulations to Jack Grey and Hannah Irwin. Only 6 athletes were selected for this event (3 of each gender), so for C&C to provide two of the six is amazing!
