Club Welfare Officer

At C&C we aim to foster and maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment in which to train and compete. Supported by other qualified people at the club, the person taking this role would become a key point of contact on welfare issues. We are looking for a  strong communicator, with good listening and observational skills. Ideally, with experience of working with children, this role would certainly suit a teacher, or retired teacher, for example.

Officer “Without Portfolio”

For this role we are looking for someone with a depth of experience and knowledge around athletics, to act as a source of help and advice to guide the committee. You would be required to attend monthly meetings of the committee, which are usually held on-line.
