Club Trials Evening – Warm up event for 2023

We are running a trials evening for all track and Field athletes on Monday March 27th at 6.30pm – PLEASE REGISTER by e-mailing Noel Moss
Its especially important that the U13 – U17 athletes come and take part so that the team managers have something to go by for the first league matches.
The approximate timetable will be:

| 18:45 | 100m | U13G, U15G, U17+W |
| 19:00 | 100m | U13B, U15B, U17+M |
| 19:15 | 800m | Girls |
| 19:30 | 800m | Boys |
| 19:45 | 200m | U13G, U15G, U17+W |
| 20:00 | 200m | U13B, U15B, U17+M |
| 18:45 – 20:00 | Long Jump | Just turn up when not running |
| 18:45 – 19:15 | Javelin | Just turn up when not running |
| 19:15 – 20:00 | Shot Put | Just turn up when not running |
We will be recording times and there will be a qualified starter and timekeepers and field event officials – to do it efficiently we will need the majority of athletes to register in advance so that we can allocate numbers (which you collect on the evening from 6.10pm onwards) – please register by e-mailing Noel Moss.
If you register but then cant make it, that’s not a problem (no need to let us know) – better that than a big queue to register on the night!!!

We don’t need to know which events you intend to do – decide on the night!!
Maximum of 3 events allowed – pick your favourites – you don’t need to do them all
We want as many as possible to have ago, even if you have competed before – in fact if you’ve competed before it gives is a reference to compare the newer athletes with.
