Training at the track checklist

  • Have you read the club rules?
  • Have you signed and returned the declaration form?
  • Do you have an accepted place at a training session?
  • Have you got drinking water – there is none available in the pavilion at the moment
  • Change into your kit before arriving at the track – no changing facilities at the moment
  • Take cleaning gel for your own hands – use before and after using any equipment or jumping
  • Don’t arrive more than 10 minutes early when there is an earlier session
  • Parking is currently restricted, coming by bike if you can would be good
