Summer 2019 Training Sessions

Summer training sessions will be as follows:

Mondays 6.20 – 8.30 Young athletes as usual
Tuesdays 6.30 – 8.30 All groups (younger athletes by coaches invitation)
Thursdays 6.30 – 8.30 All groups (younger athletes by coaches invitation)

The last Saturday morning track booking is for 23rd March 2019. There will be no club Saturday booking from then onwards (groups using the track on Saturdays after 24th March will require track users passes) and there are no Thursday Sports-hall bookings from March onwards

Throws training will move from Saturday mornings to Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6.30 – 8.30pm
