SEAA Relays

The South of England Athletics Association (SEAA) 6/12-stage Road Relays takes place in March (last year in Milton Keynes). There are separate races for women and men, but no juniors event. The women’s relay consists of six stages of approximately 5K, while the men compete over 12 stages, alternating between 8K and 5K. Qualifiers from this meeting progress to a final (last year at Sutton Park, Birmingham) in mid April over similar distances. This event is usually a good ‘sharpener’ for those doing the London Marathon.

The SEAA 4/6-stage Road Relays are usually held in September and feature both junior and senior races
