Lucy Dowsett returned to C&C’s womens team with a comfortable win in the 3000m
Under 17 Alice Lord won the Womens javelin in the SAL match with a throw just under 30m with the senior javelin
Samuel Clarke set a wind assisted best of 15.5 secs, winning the 110 hurdles – the fastest C&C time for several years
Isaac Rothwell decimated the field in the U15 Boys 1500m in the EYAL at Thurrock winning with a 32 sec advantage
Billy White did the treble in the EYAL winning shot, discus and hammer in U15 Boys
