East Anglian League (EAL)
For U11, U13, U15, U17 & Senior athletes. Each age group/gender is scored separately and each team will separately be invited to compete in the league final in September if they qualify.
There are scoring and non-scoring places available in all events – some field events such as long-jump are limited to 3 athletes per age-group, but up to 7 can compete in each age-group event on the track. If demand is high, then we may not be able to accommodate everyone in every event but will do our best to accommodate those who haven’t competed before.
The event timetable for all the matches is here.
The available events are:
- U13, U15 and U17 girls and boys: each athlete can do up to 3 individual events plus the 4x100m relay
- U20’s may do 4 events plus the 4x100m relay
- Seniors can do unlimited events
